I hope this thread is still alive, I tried flashing the latest radio update on the latest TWRP 2.7.0 but I just get an error. I'm hesitant to try and flash this through the bootloader because of the error trying to to do it through TWRP. Any suggestions??

You place it on the root of external sd card then reboot to boot loader
