Same situation for my X3 Pro. i'ts a Amazon Warehouse phoneHello! I just received a new Find X3 Pro phone (refurbished in France) and I cannot get any OTA updates neither.
I was stuck on CPH2173_11_A.24 and after playing with VPN, I achieved to update once to CPH2173_11_A.26 in Germany with Tunnelbear. Since this update (which was few days ago) no update has shown itself and I'm still on ColorOS 11.2.
I have also tried another method by connecting my phone to a computer and using the Oppo software but without luck, this software is saying that the phone is up to date.
I suspect that the issue is related to the region/carrier, I have tried the number *#6776# and I have found these infos, which seem a bit weird to me:
- Region Version : XE10000
- Carrier Version : XE100ORPM
- Region:Operator
By any chance, do some of you have an idea if these versions are okay/known? Has anyone else the same version and achieved to update its phone? Thanks!

I solved the same problem by taking it to the Oppo service center, the phone was updated and returned within hoursSame situation for my X3 Pro. i'ts a Amazon Warehouse phone

Oppo support chat told me to wait that based on my imei the update will come between December and January
My wife and I also have the problem, I deactivated ipv6 in the Fritzbox 2-3 weeks ago, no problem since then. Several users have the problem, not all but some.I have a lot of trouble with my wifi connection since Android 13 (F77). After some hours my oppo losts the data Connection. It shows that is connected with my wifi, but has no IP anymore. So i can not receive any messages ... 5G/LTE connection is always on... I have no connection to the internet until i disable and enable the wifi connection in the quick panel....
Does someone have the same problem?

Interesting. I bought the phone from Portugal, Azores. Maybe it has something to do with it.Still F.77 here in bucharest, no carrier lock, no vpn and with vpn it keeps telling me it's up to date, italy and other countries

I had the same issue. Did factory reset, now is all goodI have update to F80, battery drain very fast, and phone is working slowly then before!!!

Well people have the freedom to express their views, experiences and compare to other manufacturers.I find it really amazing how much one or the other complains and complains as if their life depends on this update. Constructive criticism makes sense, but switching this talk to another manufacturer is annoying. Just do it and keep quiet because nobody wants to know.
