firmware updates can be made from version 2.34.1 SEA without Blur to this central Europe: JRDNEM_U3_2.51.1 with MOTOBLUR vers. UK? there might be a problem?

Hi,

Yes, you can flash it, but you have to keep in mind the non downgradable issue and the radio (3G,H,E,G) fix to keep good signal where you are located.
Thus, check the camera to assess if it works properly after flashing.
