Yes I tried both tools but not sure which one is the correct version. I've installed the driver and tried to connect but nothing.
can you check what kind of wifi chip ia there in your box? If you have saved your current firmware for the box, you can try another ones almost without risk.Hello all,
I know this thread is somewhat old but do any of these firmware updates work with the M8 Pro rk3368 64 bit box?
If so which one.
thanks
I believe its the AP6330. Tried a lot of different firmwares but none seem to work with this box. Even tried the new Marshmellow firmware from Freaktab.com but no dice. The problems with the current firmware 5.1.1 is Google Play Store force closes and the ethernet connection is really slow. Also can't connect adb to this box.can you check what kind of wifi chip ia there in your box? If you have saved your current firmware for the box, you can try another ones almost without risk.
Does anyone else in this thread actually have this specific box: M8 Pro rk3368 64 bit with the AP6330 wifi? Just asking to see if anyone has had success updating firmware on this particular box.I believe its the AP6330. Tried a lot of different firmwares but none seem to work with this box. So no one else has this box? I know there are a lot of variations of the rk3368 boxes but this particular one seems to be very hard to upgrade or even get TWRP on it. I would just like to know if anyone has had any luck with it.

Hi,
I'm using a new RK3368 device. The device is recognized when I use Batch tool, and I was able to flash it that way. But I need it to be recognized in Android tool so I can flash the recovery. It says "No device found". Any advice on how to get it to recognize so I can install TWRP recovery?
Thanks!
