well done guys! very good first impressions of the XDAndroid 2.1 (rel 2.5a) release.
aside from a small issue with 'waiting for SD card' which fix2 resolved, i'm very impressed with both the efforts people do here for free, and how android runs on the HD.
ok, so it's not a fine polished release as it does go extremely slow sometimes, but i believe this is down to being ran from an SD card, rather than an an actual issue. aside from the slow speed at times, and lockups (coming out of sleep) it's something i could actually use on a daily basis - i use my phone primarily as a phone, and sms/email.
i think the last time i gave this project any interest was back on the earlier 1.x android releases and from what i remember, it's a very noticeable improvement!
so, thanks to all you devs working on this, and i look forward to future releases
