First Time Rooting in a Loooong Time

The last time I rooted a device it was the Voyager...LOL. So please no flaming and I'd appreciate it if this isn't the right place, let me know where to post.

I want to root the V10, not sure what the latest/greatest ROM to install?

I'd appreciate any assistance.

Did you have any luck rooting your v10?? I've been told there is no root for my version of software..

No Sir. I gave up. Kept hearing different stories about there being a Root for it but I digress, I guess it doesn't exist

5.1.1 and below has root. 6.0 and above doesn't and will never have root. End of thread.
