[FIX] Camera Stability + SCam Fix for TW Oreo-based ROMS

* Every mode other than Auto
* Video Recording
* Things like Instagram

This ZIP will install OnePlus5 Camera too, which can record videos without crashing.
This should also fix third party camera apps (like HedgeCam) and apps like WhatsApp, Snapchat.

WhatsApp Web QR Scanner does NOT work, only taking photos inside chat works.

Why to install?
Basically every oreo based ROM currently uses GCam, which is heavy and crashes very frequently. SCam has better image quality in certain aspects, and is stable, so the next time you want to take a picture of something you don't need to stand there for 15 minutes trying to force stop and clear cache of GCam

IMPORTANT: This will only work for ROMS which have working GCam at least.

If you get grey bar or if camera app name changes to some weird name, remove /system/priv-app/SamsungCamera8 and copy it from fix again, then set permission 0644 to its contents, or reinstall ROM + this fix + Whatever root solution.
