As you may know, due to a bug regarding the date, the battery usage page in Device Care is empty.
I made a quick guide on how to fix it:

STEPS:
1. Open Settings.
2. Go to "Apps".
3. Turn on "Show system apps".
4. Search for "Samsung Device Health Manager Service".
5. Tap on "Force Stop" and then "OK".
6. Go to "Storage".
7. Tap on "Clear data" and then "OK".
8. Fully recharge your phone to 100%.
9. Battery Usage Stats have been fixed. You may check them in "Device care"!
