Not able to fix it

:(
If you get into a recovery boot loop (where the phone keeps booting into the recovery, and not the OS), this will fix it without losing any data. (NO FACTORY RESET NEEDED)

Go to TWRP recovery terminal commands, and enter the following:

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota

PRESS ENTER

THEN TYPE

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/misc

THEN PRESS ENTER

REBOOT

This should boot up your phone without any changes.

I had my ZTE Nubia bricked for few months without solution an then somebody post me this link. Thank You so much, my phone is back to life again.
Tips:
First wipe all Dalvik, Cache like You do before installing new Rom. Then install Rom You want. After installation DO NOT REBOOT THE SISTEM, go back to TWRP, in advanced mode type exactly like described in tutorial, it doesnt matter if it sais "there is no more space" or something like that. Just write first line and press enter. Then write the second line and press enter. Then You reboot the sistem. Because You install new Rom it is normal that the first boot take some time, even 10 minutes or more, depends on device and Rom. Just wait for it and You will see the magic. Thanks again man!!!! :good:

This worked on my Nexus 4 LineageOS after letting it automatically update OTA.
Found it was easier to connect and apply the command via adb shell. Much easier to copy and paste the commands than using the phones on-screen keyboard.
Many thanks!

flash any supported ROM of your choice and if the twrp loop still exists try booting into the bootloader. Here you can long press the power key till the phone reboots into the newly flashed ROM.

Thank you thank you thank you so so much for this! After soft-bricking my LG G3 I couldn't get it to work after reading every fix there was in this forum until I happened to read this today. I'm so super lucky because this :good: just saved my phone from being a piece of junk. :highfive:

Ok I know this thread is super old so hopefully I get a reply. My LG transpyre has a corrupt recovery partition and when I attempted recovery I get a message secure booting error1003. I have an ota update downloaded. Scared to install it with this booting error. Will Installing current update fix any booting issues or will I get stuck in bootloop due to the booting error. ? I got error because I tried to flash TWRP using flashify while bootloader was locked. Now I just want my factory recovery restored.
