Fix For Telegram Notification [China Version]

Many users of the AL-00 has stated that they could not see/receive telegram notifications.
These are the settings I've played around with to enable notifications.

Status bar notification:
1. In phone settings, go to battery > power usage > telegram and select keep running in background
2. Recent apps > lock down telegram (done by pulling the telegram app down so that a lock sign is shown on it)

Banner notification:
This is where it gets a little tedious.
1. Go into telegram's settings, set importance below 'urgent'
2. In phone settings, go to notification>telegram. You will see notification settings for each user/group that have sent a msg to you. For the contacts that you want to receive a banner notification from, select 'Banner notification'.

With that, notifications for telegrams should be coming in with no problems. Hope this helps someone out there. Do let me know if any of the explanation above could be improved

It is the settings within the app. Click the top left corner at the home page of telegram. The settings is there

I don't see anything or button that says "Telegram"... Is this an app you are referring too? Nevermind... How dumb of me. It's a message app...lol
