I am using VN rom with the new kernel from alexyuh. I also installed the CWM recovery version 6.4.5 with odin.No problem at all with the Tinanium Backup Pro 6.1.4.
Just google TBP 6.1.4 with lucky patcher:)

Another method i found which is useful is called Titanium backup Restore Fixer application. It simply does what you do with the terminal emulator.
I prefer the first method..
Hope this helps..

I too am not able to get the command to work, also I can't add restorecon to the /system/bin folder because of permissions. Any other help would be greatly appreciated. I have the Tmobile n900T.

UPDATE:
I was able to copy the restorecon file provided by using ROM Toolbox Pro. I used the rootbrowser in the app to copy and paste the file into the /system/bin folder. After I just had to type into terminal emulator:

su
restorecon -R -v /data/data

And that fixed everything. Thanks a lot for figuring this all out guys. This was a life saver!

^^ THIS ^^ !!!

Thanks!

This fix solves force close issues with restoring apps with data in Titanium Backup.

This operation recursively fixes all SElinux file markers in /data/data, which are spoiled by titanium during data restore. (Quote from vodkinagdan)

User vodkinagdan found this solution:

Simply execute this from the terminal emulator:

su
restorecon -R -v /data/data

This has to be done after every restore (or batch of restores).

I take no credit for this but it works!

vodkinagdan has sent fix to Titanium Track.

hi guys

if anyone can help me please. i did a backup few hours ago on samsung s4, now im trying to restore my apps on Note 3 and titanium finds just 15 apps in restore. i know for sure the app is backedup in the folder on the sd card because i can see it if i browse the folder on the sd card and when i search in titanium for that app he find it just in VERIFY ALL YOUR BACKUPS, which i cant run because i dont have the donate version. how can i make titanium find all my backups ? or even try to restore them from sd card one by one manualy ?
thank you

If your backup is on external sdcard, move folder to internal storage point Ti to it and try. Worked for me. On Linage 7.1.1

Mine is resolved after doing a wipe on internal storage and a clean flash of rom.
I will try it suggestion if I face it again..[emoji2]
