Clean flash the rom and gapps then root using magisk then flash the fix dont forget to add persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1 to build.prop

Im using latest beta of gcmod5 v1.7beta working fine

Why is everyone so obsessed with gcam? Every single f-in thread is full of people asking for gcam. What the..? Arent there plenty of other camera apps? Or is just the camera broken? But why do they need the latest gcam?

Gcam mod give better ressult bro
U can use potrait mode no need dual camera simply set up the app and give it a shot,you should try gcam if you love photography

I'm on PixelExperience Oreo build with persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1 and applied zip via TWRP and DCam.5.1.018 v1.8Beta APK.

Normal Photo: Works with slight shutter delay
Video: Cannot connect to camera error and exit
Panorama: Black screen with click button and gallery
Photo Sphere: Black screen with gallery
Slow Motion: GCMod5 has stopped
Portrait: Screen loads but doesn't take picture with button click

No need to use this fixed ,cz the issue already fixed up by developer on oreo build newest rom such as nitrogen os or liquid remix or lineage os already fix the issues

im already change many other latest roms like crdroid, nitrogen, dotos, havoc, and much more but gcam keep crashing when i push red record button, im using redmi 4x / santoni please help me :crying:

Use nexus6/6p config on gcam if u want a working video recirding
