I think yes, its better to flash it again just to be sure.

OK this not a problem. It's just a simple flash.
I'm using your 15bat version in last Version of mi globe rom and I just turn off the Miui optimization and everything works fine. I used also the clear all button and again everything it's fine. I didn't test games. Thanks for the zip

Working normal to me. Miui optimization off and a simple install of the zip in twrp.

In my case I just turn off Miui optimization and it works perfectly.

You have a lot of fixes that i have made to try and find your sweet spot, but if mine dont works for you and that one does(which btw does not do anything, as far as i can see on the files) enjoy as much as you can.

Try with Nasus fixes... They are good on Miui 10. Mine works perfect with xiaomi.eu 8.7.26 and nasus_perf fix.

I've finally updated this file, i had a little time with the Mi 4. I just updated the performance file since the battery its kinda "balanced", also i noticed that on the perf file i did some things wrong so... This will feel more smooth.

I only have 1 core working after a couple of time with Nasus 15.2 and miui 9 8.4.26 eu, miui optimization off, permission manager off and battery optimization off.
Turning on performance mode doesn't fix the problem

Reboot makes 4 cores work but the problem is still there
Edit: I installed nasus 15.2, the first boot everything is ok but when i reboot system/bin/mpdecision is gone and the problem started
