From adfad666 on his thread its just two files
Libgstk_exp and libpmblib

It's 3 files if you need SMS messaging working. Also, if you go with that solution you will have the cyanogenmod APN bug with certain SIM cards.

Yes...
Boot into Clockwork Mod Recovery (or whatever), and Flash it..

Works great.

I can confirm, on CM7 Nightly 28, and Oxygen Rom(by popdawg) that the fix works great.

APN shows up automatically, and Data comes through great.

Edit: Tried to flash in clockwork mod 5.0.2.7 but says update aborted I'm trying to flash newbasebandfix.zip...also I was wondering wat did u flash? Thx

Well, this is the old base band fix, so we can have the old base band on our phone and use the new base band roms..

I use old base on my phone, with oxygen, and my data works fine

Is there no way you can find out using a previous nandroid backup as to what baseband it is? In any case, for the optimus one its just 3 Files to replace. Tried using the smaller patch?

Just install it regularly, through recovery.

I would make a backup first, in case it doesn't work out for you

Did you try and flash the base band fix?

Should work fine for you, have to install it after the ROM boots once

I'm on old baseband too, i'm having previous ROM Mik7.1 (6.5.8).

I just flashed Oxygen 2.5.1 - 2 days ago and voice/data work well for me.

1) Download the oxygen ROM and download the oldbasebandfix2.
2) flash the ROM, after that flash oldbasebandfix2.

Done! Try it out.
