Flahing firmware "out of region"

Hi. Will flashing a firmware not specific to my region work on GT-I9190? My region would be Namibia, but want to flash AMH1, which is TTT and TPA.

Secondly, has anyone also got the memory full warning? My phone is stock with root. I used Tatinium to remove some stock apps. Free memory is less than 1MB!

yes, a little icon in the status bar.
When I look in settings-storage, I can see there is nearly no memory left.

Hi,my i9192 region is TTT,firmware version is XXUBUAMF9. I was Flashed MF7 MH2 and now I'm using SLK MH3 VERSION.
BTW, I'm in China.
