um...I don't get it. Is it just the KitKat launcher cause that's linked elsewhere and the files have already been extracted. It's not actually Android KitKat cause version 4.3 is still Jelly Bean. So you're basically combining the KitKat launcher with with Android 4.4 versions of apps? Eh, I don't know. I think I'd sooner wait for real Android KitKat when it arrives. Good work though.

he just made a zip so ppl who arent sure about replacing system apps can just flash from cwm, and its just apps, not real kitkat

Just decided to give this a whirl as a nice substitution until we get CM11. Seems to be working fine. However, I am curious whether it's possible to include a script to turn the statusbar transparent for the full KitKat feel. Applying the theme sorts the white statusbar icons but the statusbar transparency would be the finishing touch. I know it's possible using Xposed Framework but I don't like playing with that too much as there's too many options for my liking and I always worry about screwing something up or not getting the right transparency.

Awesome job though. All the apps seem to be working thus far. It doesn't remove the default "Messaging" app from CM10.2 however and I'm not sure if it's possible to tweak the script so it does that as Hangouts handles SMS in KitKat (and consequently in here). I'll try using a root cleaner to manually remove it myself however so that's no big. Chrome did actually replace the browser though which is fantastic. Gives a way more native feel.
