i have a lumia 920 but it's RM-821
i want to know what's the different between developer device and regular devices?
and what do you mean about that ? You developer unlocked your phone only like me or no your mean is another thing

Additionally, my Developer device Lumia 920 is fully unlocked, have 2G,3G, 4G. For myDeveloper device all apps are available for download, without country limitations, you just change the region and download. See also the link below:

I noticed now that it offers the same rom. before after updating it gave another rom of gdr 2 amber though. unfortunately i cannot help in this case, sorry.
