Flash Error sFactory False CheckCPUID False

Just bought a Mi A1

Trying to get familure with the flashing tools etc

but im getting an error

Even if i use Miflash beta and MiFlash2017-7-20-0, the phone is recognised in miflash i can fadtboot and adb etc etc , bootloader is unlocked , tried it with locked too same result , win10 pro machine , i have done a search with this error but cant find anything thats helps , hopefully someone here can help
