Friends who want to flash the zip file, you must first install CWMR, but in order to install it, you must unlock the Bootloader.

1. - Unlock Bootloader

1.1 for locked bootloader see this apk .... you can flash the zip file with the Flash Gordon apk

3. - From Recovery (CWMR) Install the zip file

Only working Motorola Stock Browser, Skyfire Browser, Project Nightly, Aurora And Dolphin Browser (slow)

Why you don't try out by yourself?

Well i wouldnt have asked if I could easily have updated to JB... the update fails for me so Im stuck on ICS for now, i asked because if it worked i would update.. so hence i am going to try to update to jb manually

Works great in JB Stock Browser, Boat, Skyfire, Firefox (lacks), Not working in Chrome

i got it working without unlocked Bootloader on Stock JB ROM 4.1.2 with Root (thanks TwerkMyMoto) !!!
works in Stock Browser (set "Plugins" to "use if needed" !)

i used the Flashplayer-Files from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1952878

1. Copy and Paste the Files from OP into the Directories and set Permissions like the other Files. (i used "Root Explorer")

2. NOW you have to delete any "adobe.flash" File in /data/dalvik-cache !!!!!

3. Reboot

i think deleting any "adobe.flash" File in Dalvik-Cache is the Solution for everybody
