Flash ROM successful but still can't reboot

Dear XDA Guru / Expert,

Good Day. I need help urgently here.

2015 i purchase Mi 4i mobile device and took many nice photo but forgot transfer out.
2021 last month i open this Mi 4i would like to download the file , unfortunately this device perform Auto upgrade.

Half way while auto upgrade , this mobile running out of battery.
After reopen , it keep appearing the Mi Logo.

I check many website mentioned i need perform FASTBOOT to Flash the ROM.
I checked also the bootloader is not lock.
However i did perform the Flash the ROM with lastest ROM / Factory ROM.

Please give me some advise what i should do in order for me can go back to normal ?
So that i can download the photo out from this mobile ?

I would suggest you back up your data before whatever operations you would perform.

Have you tried erasing cache in fastboot mode
- fastboot erase cache ?
