Change USB drive.
FAT32 formatted ?
Hope you didn't unzip?

Unzipped with rar.
And USB stick is FAT32.

File as is (zip) copy to USB drive.
I didn't ask about TV USB port.

When you download, V383 is already zip file.
So, this copy to USB.

Hi. I need a help. I have TCL 32 ES560. My tv suddenly bootloop on logo screen and keep restarting. I tried to flash it with v367 but failed. It said "The validation of update package failed and system update stopped".

Can somebody help me? Thank you.

I had same problems. What helped me, was redownloading the file (file was not download correctly) change USB stick. And make sure the stick is FAT32 formated. Good Lucky, hope these tips will get the job done.

Okay. I'll try it. What file do I put on the USB stick? .zip or .img file?
