I need help team, after accessing the service menu(secret menu) on my tcl and doind an nvr reset i cant change the color temperature. The slider has no effect on the picture when i set it to warm it doesn't adjust i did a factory reset and nothing has rectified it

Stasiof thanks for all the information. Can I ask of the latest FW file (383) should be a .Jar file extension as that's all that downloads. Will I need to unarchive the .zip file from the .jar basically?

I seen a article about TCL upgrading there TVs to A11. Anyone know if this will trickle down to this series?

For download V383 ,don't use Mac PC (or handphone) ,must be Windows based PC and you will get proper zip file.

No Android 11 for this platform.

Just to inform that upgrade of V383 went perfectly and this updated FW fixed the issue of italian streaming app TIMVISION which previously did not allow to play any content

If you're unsure whether your TCL TV is chassis RT41 or not, you may check it in Settings > About > Contact us menu. If your Software version starts with V8-R41KT01-LF1, you may proceed with the installation. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RT41 CHASSIS, THE INSTALLATION WILL FAIL.

These packages have an Update.img file. Copy the image file to the root of your USB drive, plug the USB drive into the TV, then boot the TV into download mode.

How do I boot into download mode?
1) Hold the power button on the remote control until the power off menu is shown.
2) Select Yes to turn off the TV.
3) When the power LED turns off, press and hold the TV's power button.
4) When the power LED begins to blink, release the power button.
Another way to boot into download mode is to unplug the TV's power cord, then hold the TV's power button while plugging the power cord back. When the power LED begins to blink, release the power button.
The TV should boot into download mode and begin the installation process. DO NOT POWER OFF THE TV DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS!

Latest is V383.
Btw, any OTA version will update your too old V180.
