Flash/update files for TCL ES560/S6500/S5300

Hello, can you tell me what the best software or firmware update is for my TCL TV Model U65E6800FDS 4k 3d tv, bought in 2016, and do you have a copy of it, I can boot up via usb, as this tv will only come on with white screen and logo, and thats all, so maybe an update will fix it, can you help, I'd really appreciate it, thank you.

Hey guys, I´ve downloaded every single update version available from this site and others and tried to load, yet failed every time .....

One morning out of the blue I turn tv on, and it got stuck on funny android animation after TCL and didn´t move from there ever, I´ve been doing this for 2 days....! I try loading as per instruction, holding power button for around 10 seconds while plugging power cord, with fat32 formatted usb drive with update.img alone in root and fails !

any idea why it fails....? or alternative method....

i could successfully update my television TCL S6500 to the latest version, which improved many things and activacted things that were not working like tone mapping on HDR or microdimming which was the setting on there but on practice did not watched any difference or dynamic color which i had not idea had that set up but the ads swore that had an "system of image enhancement IPQ". i had the factory firmware which came with the tv lf325.008616.

an suggestion when do the update by OTA file is better prior of do that do an factory reset to the tv and then do the update, with an flash drive formatted in FAT32 which be in good conditions internally and the rest is be patient.

those firmwares do not touch the turner eprom or demoduler so can apply in any tv as long the chassis be the specified in the firmware with independence of the turner that the television use standard of broadcast that your TV have inside the turner.

Hi all, I have a TCL 32S6500S and it had a minor bug so I decided to use the reset from the menu and restore it as new. I accessed the menus and selected the option, the TV turned off... and then started blinking the led without doing anything else.
I tried to update the version following the tutorial in TCL website, but did not work, contacted them and they gave me the same file to try and update (I gave it a try just in case but did not work either). I found this topic and tried with image file from V8-R41KT01-LF1V368, did not work. Tried to release the button when the first blink appeared (the very short one and the first regular one), tried holding for longer (with different image files) and nothing worked.
Could anyone help me?

PROCEDURE :

1. Download update. img from ( the SWU link to be use ) and save it to a preferably empty USB stick (in FAT 32 format). It is recommended to load the file onto another USB stick, which will serve as a backup if the TV does not detect this one.
2. Power the TV off by the remote (long press)
3. Insert the USB stick onto USB 2.0 or USB Service.
4. Locate the TV's power button in (depending on the TV model).
5. Press and hold the button in. The TV eventually powers on.
6. Release the button upon seeing "Please do not turn off power while updating". Wait at least 5-7 minutes for the TV to complete the update.
7. Complete the initial setup afterwards.
8. Locate the TV's product information. Press Settings on the remote and select More Settings - Device Preferences - About - Product Information.
9. Confirm that the software version (that starts with V8) has LF1R815 in the middle. If yes, then that means it is up-to-date.
10. Open (Google) Play Store on the home screen and update the apps. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner - Manage apps and games - Update all.
