I am on beta MIUI 9 7.11.16
working for everyone else is a concern for me why it is not working on me, is there any hardware/software issue

boot animation is misplaced and blinking until entry system...

Doesnt work well on stock or OEM ROMs. Flash at your own risk.

Yes it will, since the way bootanimations work is still the same. I use it on oreo.

Confirmed the splash screen doesn't change on latest firmware.

That's not working I have tried that but I couldn't get back to the stock boot animation.

Can anyone provide me with the original bootanimation.zip file

I've found a zip file for the stock bootanimation just flash using TWRP
