Flashed Radio 2.29I after flashing Cyanogen 3.9.2, think I hosed my root?

I can't tell for sure.

I flashed Cyanogen's 3.9.1 on Radio 2.29, and it seemed to be working fine, so I didn't mess with it. I flashed ROM 3.9.2, and I missed two calls no ringing, just missed call and voicemail notifications. So, I thought the right radio would solve. It did, afaik.

When I was using terminal emulator to try a new userinit.sh to help effectively increase my RAM (not technically, but that's what it said it would do in effect) I'd type su and just get a dollar sign, and of course nothing worked.

I reflashed ROM 3.9.2 and it seems to work now, but without the swapping my phone is like a ball and chain it's so slow except for about a minute when I close all apps but a few I've excepted (yes, I have too much on it).

Would flashing the 2.29I radio after flashing a ROM hose proper root access? If it wasn't that, can anyone clue me in?

Flashing radio has no effect on root access. Try wiping and starting fresh or wait for cyanogen to release 3.9.3 which is sometime soon and start new from there. (wipe, wipe ext partition)

Thanks for the quick response

I just did since I had a userinit.sh, I hosed my flash to 3.9.3, I did flash to 3.9.2 and got my Root, or whatever, back, but it was just so weird I had to ask why it happened.
