Flashing AOKP / PA features over Stock Rom 4.0.4

Hi my friends!

I want to know if it's possible to flash some kind of feature pack with aokp and/or paranoid options over my stock rom? You know what i mean.. flashing the features only instead of a whole new rom. Just to have additional options under settings.

I'm asking cause this stock rom is very, very stable for me and i don't really want to change it until official JB Update is out.

By the way the answer is no..for a prticular feature try any app from the market
