Hey guys, did anyone figure out how to put the European SM-N950F/FD ROM on the SM-N950N?

I've been on the lookout for an official 256GB SM-N950FD all to no avail so far. So, I'm now looking to go the unofficial route and flash the SM-N950F/FD ROM on my 256GB SM-N950N. Is this possible with PrinceComsy Odin or via any other means? If so, what's the procedure for going about it?

Thanks in advance.

Odin won't let you flash it but you can use Odin to flash TWRP, and then use TWRP to flash a zip of a 950F ROM.
Hey man, I tried doing exactly this on my 256GB SM-N950N with @_alexndr's DevBase ROM for the SM-N950F. Skipped the model check, however, I keep getting an error message during the installation process. @_alexndr stated, in his DevBase thread, that flashing the SM-N950F ROM on the SM-N950N isn't that straight forward due to different system partition size.

Please would you happen to know of the proper procedure to resizing my SM-N950N partitions so that I can flash the latest SM-N950F Oreo (don't like Android pie) Devbase ROM on it? Thanks in advance.

howdy, sorry I have been super MIA from xda for a long time - still around and still using my 256gb N950N. Now that T-Mobile is finally releasing their Pie update, I'm going to set a day or two aside and make a new Wifi Calling patch...

anywho, as for your question the system partition size doesn't matter. I've used several N950F-based ROMs and they all work fine when flashing the custom rom ZIP file with TWRP as I said.

What does NOT work is trying to flash any stock Samsung 950F firmware to a 950N or vice versa. I have not tried the exact ROM you mentioned but offhand I can't think of any reason that it wouldn't work.

Yeah DevBase is very near Samsung's unbranded stock ROM. When I try flashing the latest SM-N950F Oreo based Zip file of it on my SM-N950N, I kept getting an installation error message. Presumably due to partition size as _alexndr stated here.

Any suggestions on how I could get it to work?

I would need to look at its install script. It doesn't really make sense to me that it wouldn't work because even with stock firmware there are not separate versions for the different storage sizes. When I used N950F-based ROMs in the past they all worked just fine and I still had my full 256gb internal storage.
