There are certain video streaming apps that display random flashing pixels/blocks. A home camera app and BigTen2go both exhibit the behavior, but Netflix, Slingplayer, and some others don't. Could this be a codec or driver issue? I'm running stock/rooted 4.3 JB. I've tried 3 different kernels, same problem. Doesn't matter if I'm 3/4G or wifi.
