Flashing ROM and Recovery issue

Hi everyone,

I have moto g xt1033 indian variant, CWM recovery in it. While flashing recovery or ROM there is #no Error. But /data and /system can not be wiped from recovery, during this the screen will be frozen. After flashing ROM or recovery, nothing will change.
My mobile is in bootloop now.

Please help me in un-bricking my moto g
