Question Flashing/Unlocking Bootloader eSIM

Hello,
I bought the pixel 7 from Orange F, France. I am using two SIM such as Orange F on eSIM and sim card slot for another number. I want to root and flash custom roms without losing eSIM. I didn't try yet but there is no option to recover eSIM in the Orange F website. I searched on it, generally they said there is no way to lose the eSIM if not intentionally selected during factory reset with factory images etc. But is this the case for also flashing custom roms or flashing other scripts? Or is there anyway to backup eSIM?

Same here. The eSim sticks through resets, and roms at least in my case too.
