I'm getting the same error. I'm using Flashtool last version 9.24.2 and latest flashtool xperia drivers pack 1.5 (latest from what I've found).
I've tried already reinstalling drivers. I have no idea what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated.

I've just had the same problem, I just installed older version of flashtool (im using 0.9.18.4), and everything is working fine.

Anybody figured a solution?

I've just had the same problem, I just installed older version of flashtool (im using 0.9.18.4), and everything is working fine.

I've downgraded to 0.9.18.6 tons of times. But I get a different error/issue using that version. I get a "root this bundle is not valid" error.
