Flashtool error - Not a .Sin File

I'm getting a "Not a .Sin" File error in Flashtool with my WT19i.
it detects, connects, finds flash-able tft, used 2 different ones, official generic, and recommended - and all the same error. Even when i try to unlock bootloader, same error.
whats up? cant find anything online about this
any help would be appreciated

I think you need an older version of Flashtool. I vaguely recall having that problem when flashing my Mini Pro, stock ROM.
