Flashtool - trying to root stock, phone stuck on wavy splash screen.

I've tried put my Z2 D6503 back to a stock sony firmware, used flashtool.
Tried
D6503_23.4.A.0.546_UK+Generic.ftf
D6503_23.4.A.1.264_DE.ftf
D6503_17.1.2.A.0.314_UK Generic.ftf

All result in my phone sitting at the wavy lines splash screen after the Sony Logo.

any ideas?

Wipe everything right ?

It happened to me. Try to Shut it down with POWER and UP for 5-6sec a think then to start it and wait. Hope it's that.
