Pictures of Flex 2 camera are not as good as G4. From ebay I found G4 camera Y519A or Y519B available. The camera of Flex 2 / G3 is Y472B. I am wondering if G4 camera can be used on Flex 2 ...
They use different SoCs (System on Chips (808vs810) ) so I'm going to say no. I guess there'd be nothing stopping you from trying it though apart from voiding your warranty.
You also can't compare the G4 camera to the Flex 2. Flex 2 is meant to be an alternative to the G3 (As you can see in the design of the phone).
