Anyone know resources to build flight search app? local flight would be important.

Marketplace? There are lot (no, A LOT!) of flight search apps on the marketplace, seems like every amateur developer wrote own flight search app Are you sure, world needs another one? If "yes", find a good website with that info, make http request from WP7 (see the site's page source how to or use wireshark) and parse and display response.

I don't know if there a "local" Indonesia flight tracking site or service... But seems like at least two major airports (I think so)

So, go to http://www.flightstats.com, register your account, get ID/GUID and start using the service.
