On Android 7, Google introduced Freeform formation in development option. In this topic, you will be able to float apps on any Android...
For Android devices (below Android 7, as Android 4.4,5,6...) You need to install custom ROMs for this action...
Learn how to install custom ROMs on Android from an YouTube channel "Game of ROMs"...
Option 1.
Now for devices Android 7+ [7,8,9]
Open Settings App
Then About Phone
Then Tap 7 times Build Number
Then Go back to Settings and then open "Developer Options"
Then Search for *Force Resize Activities* and enable it...
Also enable *USB Debugging* in developer options...
Then Install ADB on your Computer or Laptop
Write a command
adb devices
Then press enter
---> Note : If it shows unauthorized then reconnect your phone to laptop (using usb cable) and grant permission from phone to ADB...
Then write the following permission

adb shell settings put global enable_freeform_support 1
Then press enter and restart your device...
That's all done. .
Download *Floating Apps* or *TaskBar* from Google Play Store and enjoy....
Option 2. For Android 10+ Devices (Android 10 or above)
Open Settings App
Then About Phone
Then Tap 7 times Build Number
Then Go back to Settings and then open "Developer Options"
Then Search for *Force Resize Activities* and enable it...
Also enable *Enable Freeform Windows* in developer options...
---> Note : If you couldn't found *Enable Freeform Windows* in Developer Options then use ADB as used in Option 1 (Android 7+ Devices)...
That's all done. .
Download *Floating Apps* or *TaskBar* from Google Play Store and enjoy....

Example : Using Microsoft Office

I've done this on the alldocube iplay40 tablet but whenever I choose freeform from the recent apps it just open in standard/original size and no resize options. Any solution?
