Flyme OS 6 - Oneplus3

okay, i noticed that there are tons of ways to install this rom, reported by different users therefore, i will try to put it as simple as possible.
1. Flash OOS 3.2.8
2. Flash the recovery provided by the dev
3. Flash FlymeOS
4. Wipe everything except system. ( yes, including all your files)
5. Reboot and profit.

This rom needs a full format. You don't have to flash the modem twice. just follow the steps and you'll be fine

What do you mean in step 2? What recovery?

Alright thank you! But just to be clear here, I tried to install Flyme before but hard bricked it so for the sake of safety I just want to know if there should be any reboots between the flashing. And shouldn't the wiping part be before flashing flyme? Or is it in order like you wrote? And also can you flash GAPPS?

It the boot animation displays corectly, and it looks like it's doing something, then you did everything corectly and you just have to wait a couple of minutes.

The GAPPS can be flashed normally after the initial meizu setting, i flash the gapps 6.0 arm64 pico without problem, no force close of google app

The language included are more, if you wait a few second on initial setting without touching the language option, the phone change the language to your sim language, or if you want you can use morelocale 2 and this change every word from english to your language
i am using italian and all option are translated from english


Remember, this is hydrogen rom based, so you have dash and fingerprint scanner fully working, like the slider

I really did exactly what you said but after the last step in twrp and the phone rebooted it just got black instantly. Didn't respond to anything at all. But of course there are unbrick guides which fortunately worked, so i'm back on stock 3.2.8 MM

I got the same but I rebooted back to twrp and did factory reset then I got the ROM working and now everything is OK.

Yea but i can't reboot into TWRP when phone is hard bricked..

So after you flash flyme, you reboot. And then what happens? Do you get the bootloader unlocked warning, and then a black screen? Have you tried to select to reboot to recovery from fastboot?
