Focus Issues On Stock Camera App

I'm using this phone since a day and I'm on MiUi 10.2.8.0 and the problem I'm facing is when I try to click macro shots the focus is gone and it's all blurry.
So is there any solution for that?

shouldn't it be able to go close to an object like another phones?
I have Poco and ZFMPM1 with me and those two can go more near to objects than this 48mp camera?
