Wow! Not my work just a share. Just discovered the app, Fonts for Samsung(AFonts) by Amjad Al-zakwani, in the Note 9 apps forum. I finally have all my fonts matching my Zooper widget! This basically allows you to install any ttf font file on your Samsung device(nougat or oreo). No root needed.
