agree. Thought my xoom was defective. D/l a level app and confirmed it was backwards. Went to best but to see if the (poorly marketed/displayed) floor unit was the sam. It was.

My Best Buy had the Xoom hidden over by the netbooks instead of in their dedicated tablet section.

My BB put it between some netbooks. A verizon rep was there to demo it and for some stupid reason had a lock on the screen. While he stepped away someone tried to unlock it too many times and locked it out.
1) My browser crashes a lot...sometimes when clicking a link, but most often when I try to rotate the screen. And I don't get a FC either...it just goes away and takes me back to the home screen.
2) I understand the need for non-USB charging, but I am certainly afraid of bending or breaking the tiny little pin off. Damn Apple for thinking of the magnetic charge connectors first >:O
3) Power button placement does suck when you have it on a table, but I understand there is an app in the market that lets you use volume buttons to wake.
4) Lack of apps available at launch (Google Voice QuickOffice Full are a few I need)

Do you know the name of the app in the market for item 3? I would love to have that.
yea, the screen is bad in the sunlight... I've read that turning up the brightness helps. But personally, I don't use mine out in the sun anyway.
The only thing that I don't like so far is that I have to wait for Flash to be enabled.... but I knew that going in, so oh well. Google should be focusing on a dedicated movie/video service & player too. They did a great job with the books app (just needs notes & highlight) and the revised music player... but the sdk has not even been out for a week yet... I know there will be some great vid players out in no time.
All in all, it's the best tablet I've ever owned. And I've had an I pad since Christmas... so that's a pretty good compliment!

- Not enough apps have been updated to support Honeycomb. I know it'll take time for developers to get that done but it's still a gripe.
- No Flash yet. Before I got my Xoom I thought it wouldn't be a big deal but it seems that it's a bigger deal than I'd thought when surfing the web.
- When I select to play a Youtube video, it always starts in a small view with the video's info and related videos, instead of in fullscreen. There's no option to default to fullscreen.
Yeah, that was the app suggested, but after playing with it myself, volume keys don't always respond.

I think they did marvelously with the cutcopy and past tho. That pleases me.

I hate the charger. Why oh why with a perfectly good USB port (that charges when using a dock) would you build in that tiny little proprietary charger?

Other dislikes such as no USB charging or flash video I already knew about before buying. I'm an early adopter so I know I gotta wait for updates. Otherwise I love it so far.

Waiting on microSD support as well. Would like to use this to view pics from my DSLR without having to use a microSD card and SD size converter on the camera and then put it into the tablet (when they have it working).
Anyone know if there are any microSD readers that connect via microSD instead of USB? Or if a USB to microUSB adapter would actually show up on the tablet?
If I can find a way to do this, I'll just get rid of my MacBook and buy the keyboard for it. Btw, is the keyboard bluetooth or 2.4/5.6 Ghz wifi connected?
When your in the Market, you can select a menu in the top right corner that eliminates the shortcuts from appearing in the home screen.
