For those with Xoom 3G/4G who haven't gotten the JZO54M OTA yet, try this!

Navigate to Settings > Apps, and enable the option which lets you see all apps.

Then, you scroll down the alphabetical list to Google Services Framework, open it up and tap Clear Data and then Force Stop.

Then go back and check for an update by going to Settings > About > System Update.

It took me 3 or 4 tries to get it to show, but it works!

Doing so will cause problems with your Google account and services. There have been many reports of people not being able to update or install apps, etc., after doing this. Also the dreaded Google Play [RPC:S-5:AEC-0] error.
Do so at your own risk. But its been heavily covered on xda and anywhere else.

Won't install

I have A Verzion 3G Xoom did what was suggested and it worked perfectly except.... When it rebooted to install it got about 1/3 of the way through and I got the triangle with the ! sign and the Android robot standing underneath it? It is a rooted, unlocked Xoom. I was just wondering if anybody had any ideas why it won't install??
Thanks
