Forgot to Root, is it bricked?

Hello,

I got a very strange problem,
I followed this tutorial:

trickytweaks .com/root-htc-sensation-4g-4-1-1-jb-flash-kernel-unlock-bootloader.html
trickytweaks .com/install-4-1-2-jelly-bean-htc-sensation-4g-cyanogenmod-10-rom.html

to flash my HTC Sensation (EU), anyway I followed everything in unlocking bootloader but rooting
So I was just flashing the now accessable TRWRP 2.5 and gone ahead to flash the Rom with gapps without thinking about the Root

now it seems like my device is bricked.

Sorry for this Noob question but what to do ?

if you can boot into bootloader post the details
probably you are on S-ON

It's unlocked via HTC-Dev so it's not a real s-off :/

Anyway at least I can still access the Recovery

Bootloader says:

Simlock

you aren't bricked since you can boot into bootloader
install 4ext recovery
enable smartflash from it(because you are on S-ON)
flash the rom
