Ive found few windows software that able to recover formatted internal memory but it wont work with s3 because of mtp.. the software couldnt find any drive.. any advise ?

Does the software support ext4? If not it can't read it anyway.
yes , all ext2/3/4 supported but is just that i can mount as usb drive... it just wont work with mtp..
