Can anyone please try changing build.prop like note 9 snapdragon version and try to run at 60fps if it works or not works please let me know

Yup

I changed following lines in build prop to spoof as s10

ro.build.product = beyond2lte
ro.product.manufacturer = samsung
ro.product.device = beyond2lte
ro.product.name = beyond2ltexx
ro.product.model =
SM-G975U


Game is super smooth coz of exclusive s10 60 fps optimisation
Try it works very smooth than normal in-game file change method

Which is just incase you didn't know
To go in system root folder
Data/data/com.epicgames/files/UE4 /Android/saved/config/
Forgot perfect path lol

So you will find gamerusersettings in this directory
Scroll down and just make it from 30 to 60
