Someone made a thread that included this already actually. That's how I found out about it. I think it was part of the rooting guide if I'm not mistaken. Good app either way. I did most of what it did on my own, but then did a fresh root and used the tool just because it's nice, easy, and I know I'm not messing up. I still did the launcher on my own though and some other things. Very useful if you don't know about the system app part of everything which I see a couple people are having issues with that, especially if they don't have a ROMtoolbox type thing and are just using a file explorer.
