download Android SDK
http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html#Other
in adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-xxxxxxxx/sdk/platform-tools folder you have the required files

copy the following files in same folder where your AOSP image files are
adb.exe
AdbWinApi.dll
AdbWinUsbApi.dll
fastboot.exe

fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img

disconnect device, press power and enjoy!

I think mic is working. They wrote that the only major function not working is the camera

I can confirm the problem with outgoing calls. they simply do not work.
Also, no service numbers to network operator.
no mobile data.

I am coming from omar's cm12 unofficial builds, so i will go back to those.

which is the name of the rom you are flashing ?
this can indicate that you try to flash a wrong image

resolved, another USB connector on the cable passed through, but it is interesting that the 600 MB system always went first.

I'd love to jump onto the AOSP Lollipop bandwagon, but I need a working rom for daily use.

Can anyone tell me where you found the "what works and what doesn't work" for the FXP AOSP release? I've looked but I'll admit I'm getting lost in the maze.

asking for changelog and/or commit differences between fxp and cm are the most repeated questions on fxp-related xda threads, g+ groups, facebook, etc. you're not clogging, it's a part of fxp folklore, heh
