I've been waiting, mostly out of curiosity, for my OTA for my Stock AT&T Nexus One, nothing yet.
Well why was I waiting.. I finally got the OTA right as I was fallling asleep and putting the phone down.. So what did I do? Play with the phone another 2 hours ;)

Went really smoothly, the OTA had already downloaded in the background (didn't realize that, I expected it to download when I selected it?), about a minute to extract, less than a minute to install, about a minute with a few reboots, about 3-4 minutes to boot up (hopefully only that first boot? Much slower than normal), then it was up.

Very smooth. ADW scrolls like LauncherPro did ;) Seems to work really well. I had to replace a few stock programs, as the icon no longer matched up or such.. Android Agenda Widget needed uninstalling and reinstalling, then it worked fine. I also updated the program to the latest test version, so not sure if that's required or not.. Freed up about 13M of storage moving apps to SD, so far no problems!

I asked this in another thread but no response; does anyone know if doing the OTA clears cache? I've read enough reports of cache being cleared fixing issues that I think if it didn't do it automatically I want to do it manually but not if it already did it. Browser pinch/zoom is fine, capacitive buttons are fine, etc..
