download the file from the link i and unzip the file

1- Enable USB Debugging mode in your phone
2- Plug in to PC then run the SM-N900V_FI_ROOTE.exe
3- The phone will reboot in downloading mode and odin will start
4- From odin select 1.tar as a PDA then click start
5- When finsh the phone will restat to the normal mode
6- Wait the proscess of root to finsh and the phone will reboot in downloading mode and odin will start
7- From odin select 2.tar as a PDA then click start.
8- When Odin finshes flashing the file, the phone will reboot to the normal mode.
9- Wait until king root is installed.

Doesn't work for me. My phone hangs after flashing 1.tar....and boots into recovery. I had to put my phone in download mode and flash 2.tar to get my phone to work......

I also tried after recovery pulling batt and booting to download then odin 2.tar, that allows it to reboot normally and continue process but king root does not then root phone.

It will not boot normally after 1.tar.

After tar2 boots normal just copy tr.apk to your phone and install it. Then you have root
