Can anyone check and confirm the front camera sensor used in their phone? You can check the sensor info from AIDA64 app or developer code of MIUI *#*#6484#*#* and then go to version info

Omnivision is a low quality sensor. That's why front cam pics are not that good. What about the LCD? Tianma right?aux_back:samsung_s5k5e8_i

I do agree with you but the phone is quite same as compared to note 5 pro as i have compared and the quality is same almost. I don't even notice any difference. And I think that they should have improved the front camera with future update or so.Still better than RN5Pro's front camera

Note 5 Pro Back: SONY IMX 486 (#16 in ranking)
Note 6 Pro Back: Same
Indian Note 7: Same
Note 7 Pro Back: Sony IMX586 (#6 in ranking)
Front Camera: RN5Pro: SONY IMX376 (#32 in ranking)
RN7Pro front camera #18
The only thing holding them back is the processing done by the camera app. Try a Gcam to see the difference.
Can i know from where you got these rankings?Still better than RN5Pro's front camera
