Froyo for HTC Legend officially released

is that just a Legend issue or it's a whole CM issue

A lot of devices in CM that got updates lately have that problem. It's related to debugging, not sure if it affects performance.

The debug is coded into some of the libs build against htcs crappy libc.so. so we need to find how the new function _debug_pthread_create is in reference to pthread_create

and in case i want to get back to cm6.1 would it be possible to install the rom directly from rom manager?

Just be sure not to flash new hboot from OTA, it would most probably lock you out...

This is not a full OTA update. It has some files in it, but it patches a lot of them. We are going to need a system dump of a fully upgraded legend.

Not true. I'm working on installing root on this patch same way as I did the sprint hero. Only thing I'm worried about is what the new hboot does. I'm only concerned because I know that the hboot was needed to run the mytouch froyo update. They did get around it though. You would have to be stock though to run this patch and someone (not me) would have to fix the apn settings.

you just need to add this function in your bionic/libc/bionic/pthread.c file:
